Kees Hendrickx was born in Holland but sounds suspiciously like he’s from Cork. A musician, producer, and part-time whiskey enthusiast, he runs Clashafree Studios in Bandon, West Cork, turning local stories into songs and good takes into great ones.
He’s worked with everyone from Oscar-winners to West Cork pub legends and fronts The Shruggs, known for their viral hit West Cork and upcoming releases that blend folk, pop, and Irish heart. Kees was once named a “Treasure of Bandon,” which sounds made up, but isn’t.
